If you search "Siri ports" on twitter, you'll find lots of guys asking money to allow people to connect to their proxy servers.

Problem is, is hard to see which of those people are reliable.There is however one server that has been consistently working for the last week or so, the one from siriport.ru. It's not 24 to 24, but it's sufficient for iphone4/3GS owners to experience Siri, for FREE.Here are the instructions*:

With the ability to run Siri on a jailbroken device with Spire, developers can start testing modification in action. This particular trick does not use SiriProxy, and instead uses url schemes to open different applications and settings. The mod most likely will be packaged into a bundle on Cydia and available for download. If you want to know more about getting siri for older devices check out our post. On the surface, using Spire might look like as simple a task as installing a Cydia tweak, but you need to do much more than that before you can have a friendly and helpful chat with Siri. Also, it must be noted that this tweak will only run on devices running iOS 5 jailbroken properly, as semi-tethered jailbreak is not supported. Here are the steps that need to be followed to get Spire up and running on any compatible device.

After installation, you have the settings under Options Spire. Here you will be prompted for a proxy:

Well known and respected developer chpwn has finally released first legal Siri port to public for older generation iOS devices. Dubbed as Spire, the port allows iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4G/3G and first-gen iPad users, jailbroken on iOS 5, to run Siri, which has official been available only for iPhone 4S users.
